Responsibilities

• Drive and build healthy inclusive teams promoting diversity.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team that can continually ship highly performing systems into production, with an emphasis on code quality, maintainability, readability, and testing.
• Lead the implementation of high-quality services including design, development, and deployment of AI based applications for the Oil and Gas industry.
• Allocate available resources to meet operating objectives. Interacts with direct reports, customers and peers to share information and improve cross-departmental processes.
• Assist your teams in developing roadmaps for system and product growth, then identify, plan, and execute projects to support that growth.
• Strong ability to coach developers, helping them improve their skills and grow their careers.
• Encourages and supports others to take on responsibility, authority, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in people management.
• 8+ years of experience in architecture/design, implementation and engineering software solutions.
• Obsession about keeping costs low and delivering quickly while building solutions.
• Experience with cloud-centric application development and deployment.
